FAQs

  • The 15 minute call is on the phone. Your initial consultation however can be either in person (if you are doubled vaccinated for COVID) or by Zoom- it’s your choice.

  • We ask for 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment with us. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a fee.

  • If we are meeting with you as your lawyer, you have solicitor/client privilege, which means nothing we discuss can be disclosed without your permission (unless there is an imminent risk of harm). As mediators, you have full confidentiality with us.

  • Unfortunately, Alexa and Victoria are conflicted out of representing spouses.
